- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder @drinkiconic
- 1/2 a container of vanilla (lactose free) yogurt fage
- vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- dash of cinnamon or pumpkin spice
- drizzle of honey

- Purely Elizabeth Vanilla Chocolate Chip Granola
- Peanut Butter
